Terms of service

1. Minimum Order Value
Our minimum opening order requirement is $350. We have opening order collections from which you will select. The minimum reorder requirement is $200.


2. How to place order

  • Submit your order via our website site at www.quecolor.org.
  • You must be a registered user to view prices and place orders on this site.

3. Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.


4. Payment Terms
Qué Color accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. Full payment must be made when the order is placed.

5. Shipping Terms
Freight charges will be added to the invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. Orders with a value of $200-$499 will be charged a flat rate of $15. Orders with a value of $500 or more will be charged a flat rate of $20. Orders are typically processed in 2-3 business days. Shipping time usually takes 3-5 business days. We use USPS as our carrier of choice.

For Houston retailers, we offer complimentary delivery of your order. Upon checkout, please select the Local Delivery option under Shipping method.


6. Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns for wholesale products. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. All claims for shortages, damages or defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Please send an email with your claim to gwen@quecolor.org. No unauthorized returns will be accepted.

7. Pre-Orders
All our merchandise is artisan-made in small batches and takes time to produce. At specific times we will offer seasonal pre-order options. Customers will have the opportunity to place orders in advance, usually with an 8-week lead time. Payment is required when the order is placed.
